The Freight providers we use in each location will vary so that we can offer the best service possible for your location and depending on how time-sensitive your order is.

For standard in stock orders, we strive to have these dispatched within 72 hours of your order being placed and paid for.
Immediately after payment is received, we begin processing and would greatly depend the destination port.
When your order is confirmed, it will move through our ordering system and on to the warehouse dispatch to be processed, packed and ready for shipment.
The tracking link won’t show tracking information until your goods have been physically collected by the courier. Please be aware that you may not see tracking progress until 24 hours of you receiving the automatic email.
If there is still no tracking progress showing after 24 hours of you receiving your tracking link, please email: sales@sabudee.com quoting your Sales Order number if possible.
All goods are covered by insurance. Clients gets 100% refund or new products.
Change or cancellation of order will only be accepted before payment and start of processing.
